If you are one of the fellow drivers in San Antonio or even the country today, who has had your car vandalized by and inconsiderate fellow human being via the process of cause the damage, and leave (aka hit-and-run) without leaving their contact information for fear of having an insurance claim filed.Then, you're in the same position I found myself this past week when someone caused a pretty good dent on my passenger front door. I recognized the damage immediately and approached the business to review their security footage. Unfortunately, they reported that their cameras did not show anything conclusive.So, I was left to have the repairs performed at my cost. This is where Start To Finish comes into the picture. I have used this business before, and Mauro and his staff have not disappointed me yet. Their work is steller, professional, and quick. They will provide you with a verbal estimate at no cost.I was fortunate and stopped by on a Friday and was able to get my vehicle repaired on the following Tuesday.If you are in the same position I was, but under different circumstances, I hope you consider using this business to see if the damage can be fixed via paintless and dentless technology.Check out the pictures of my car, which were minor compared to the last visit I made to see Mauro and his team.I hope your experience and results are as good as mine.

Absolutely blown away. My car was nearly totaled as a result of hail. Mauro and his team assured me they could fix it and my god did they ever! There were thousands of dents, mostly all hard to reach and they knocked it out in no time!! My car has never looked better. Hopefully won’t have to come back but if hail happens, this is the only place I’ll go. Fantastic work!!

This review is for my initial visit and estimate. I met with Mauro and felt his quote was fair and honest. I decided not to get the dent repaired because it involved removing my bumper which I'm not comfortable with. It was comparable with other quotes I received (that also want to remove the bumper).

I took my project car to Start To Finish to repair hail damage to the car’s body. This car has taken months to build and had to have work done by many different specialists. The initial build took longer than expected so by the time I returned to get the PDR done, my estimate had expired. Start To Finish honored it anyway. Of all of the places I had work done, Start To Finish is the only one that finished on time and on budget without any issues discovered after the work was done. I’ll be returning the next time I need PDR!

I researched paintless dent repair locations in my area and "Start to Finish" received excellent reviews. After my visit with Ryan and Mauro, I now understand why. I have a "dings and dents" contract through BMW and Ryan patiently navigated the process and finished repairing my door dings in less than 90 minutes. Both Ryan and Mauro were very personable and professional. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact them. Strongly recommended!!

Ryan did a fantastic job on my 66 Mustang! I was amazed at the work and artistry used to remove the smallest of dents from my hood and my driver front panel. He has crazy attention to detail and a great work ethic. The price is very reasonable for the type of work and speed it was completed. Less than a hour! Would highly recommended this shop and I plan to bring all our vehicles there in the future.

Had my apartment neighbors swing a door into my 3 month old car. Paid a visit to Start To Finish and made an appointment. In comparison to other jobs they had on their site, this seems pretty simple. Dropped the car off the day of and let them work their magic. In about 5 hours they were able to remove the door dings. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone with dents in their cars!

I bring my Escalade to repair this dent that doesn’t let me sleep 😂, since it was right on the trim line, I bit that I would see something after repaired, but Ryan Nolin is just a PROFESSIONAL! My wife was coming home from work and got caught in a significant hail storm a couple of months ago. Our 2020 Buick Enclave got beat up pretty bad. I started researching places I could take it to get some of the larger dents removed. Every place I researched seemed to have very low (2 to 3 stars) reviews, and most of those never returned my calls. Then I found Start to Finish Paintless Dent Removal (which a few neighbors on Nextdoor referred). I read the reviews, almost entirely 5 stars (there’s those one or two customers that no one can please), and I made the call. I had to leave a message, thinking no one would be calling me back. To my surprise, I got a return call within the hour. Mauro, the owner, asked me many questions and he really seemed to know his business. I made an appointment to take the car in for his evaluation. When I arrived, Mauro met me at the door and was very personable and friendly. He explained everything and told me what he could and could not do. I was hopeful about the outcome, but when I picked the car up a few days later, I was totally amazed. There were dents I thought no one could remove. They were all gone. The car looked as good as new. My wife and I were so pleased. Mauro went out of his way and did a fantastic job. His company is my go to dent removal for life. Needed a few dings removed from one of my vehicles and found these guys who we're fairly close to me. Unlike most, they were open Saturday so I was able to stop by and have them look at what I needed. After a quick inspection, they said they could probably have it done that day! This worked out great for my schedule so I just left the vehicle there and told them they can have it til Monday so I didn't rush them.Picked the vehicle up and EVERYTHING I wanted fixed was done and looked good as new. Price was very reasonable and these guys are clearly good at what they do. I'll definitely be back thanks to all the careless people in town that can't seem to open their car doors without slamming it into the car next to them.

Had someone damage the hood of our brand new suv and looked up PDR in San Antonio and found Start to Finish. Based on the reviews, I made an appointment and took my suv in and boy was I satisfied with the work performed!!! Took care of the damage as if it had never happened!!! My new BMW got a really bad door Ding and I was so upset. My preferred body shop was going to bondo the dent and repaint both doors to match paint. It was going to take 5 days plus I would have to rent a car during that time. I took it to Mauro and he was able to fix the dent in hours and it looks brand new. These guys are great, took my insurance claim to them and they repaired my hail damage on my 2021 Ram 2500 like nothing ever happened. They also completed the job in 3 days! I highly recommend them if you need any dent repair that does not require painting.

New truck not even a week old. Somebody ding the passenger side of the bed. I noticed two dings. Set appointment with Start to Finish on a Saturday. Start to Finish put their light on it it. Three dents were found by Mr. DeLuna. He took his time to see which way would be the best way of entry and repair. Mr. DeLuna and his team made the truck new again. No more dings. Even took the time to realign roller bed cover. I can not thank Start to Finish enough. He has been working dings and bumps on my mom , dad, and friends vehicles for over 30 years. Excellent work every time. Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 here after a hail storm in 2016 that left everything dented. They worked with insurance and got it looking like nothing even happened!Just recently brought my 2000 BMW M Roadster to them to push out a dent somebody put in my fender after a hit-and-run in the HEB parking lot.And now 2 weeks ago had them push out a dent near the gas cap on a 2019 4runner after my wife had a run in with our garage.Hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but I know who to go to if required. These guys are the best! Highly recommend them.

5 Star is the highest but I would have giving them a 20. My wife got the first dent to a door yesterday (we do keep up our vehicles in the best condition possible). I did call Start to Finish right away and Mauro advice for me to bring the vehicle in. I took the vehicle in this morning and Ryan inspect the dent and quoted the repair. They agree to take care of the problem right away. Wowww what a repair. Ryan did a super job. I couldn’t even tell where the dent was anymore. The price was right and the service was above and beyond of what was to expect. I definitely will recommend to everyone to go and let Mauro and Ryan take care of the dent repair. Brought a new Expedition Platinum Max into the guys for a look. Some idiot had really banged into the door and left a crease, not a dent...a freaking crease, in the door and some of the paint had been damaged. They said to leave it and they would "do what they could." Later that afternoon I was called to come pick up the car. Upon arrival, I walked to the car and could NOT find where it had been hit. It was in back-as-new condition. You can not tell where it had been hit/repaired. Simply outstanding mastery of the craft - the guys performed magic. Price was reasonable, service was quick, they have a customer for life.

This is my second time using these guys and I cannot tell you enough how good their service and job performed on my vehicle was. These guys are artists with how they reshape the metal or aluminum on cars when taking out dents. Both cars came out flawless without a mark on them. It’s so good it’s weird how you can’t even see where the dent was. These dudes are amazing and really cool to talk to. I will be taking all my business to them and any friends or family who needs their service as well. Set an appointment and showed up at the appointment time and they removed two dents within 45 minutes and I was on my way. Freaking amazing.

I wish I'd taken before and after pictures. I took our 2018 Buick Enclave to Mauro (owner) and team to fix a series of dents we'd gotten from rocks, door hits, etc, as well as a hit on one corner from someone who had parked next to my wife and hit it when leaving the parking lot (primarily paint transfer). Most of the dents were on raised aerodynamic seams that you would think would be very challenging to make look right again, but the reviews here are all spot-on regarding the great work this team does. The Enclave looks great again.From the moment I took the vehicle in for an estimate, walking around the vehicle with Mauro and talking through what needed to be done, I felt good about the business. The front office area was extremely clean and businesslike, the work bays were clean and all business, and the employee who met us when we turned the vehicle in on appointment day (Ryan) was very courteous and professional. They kept our vehicle locked in a bay overnight until today when they performed the work.Bottom line: Highly recommend this team if you have dents you need to have fixed. Great job, Team Mauro!

As a 26yr. Army (R) veteran, I’ve traveled domestically, and global for many years - and I’ve experienced many businesses with their customer support toward their consumers; let me just say this: Mauro & Ryan are not only professional and accommodating, but are THE BEST in the business. I brought my Model S Tesla to them-after a door ding, w/PPF on it.I was a WALK-IN, no appointment. Mauro made a QUICK assessment and asked me to pull my car into their Bay Area. After about 30mins of working his magic - BAMMM, NO MORE FREAKIN’ DENT!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Completely blown away. It was a very difficult job, with how Tesla door frame is, and the amount of space he had to work with. However, He prevailed and now, I have no dent on my driver side door. Now, I can replace the PPF!! Absolutely amazing work gentlemen!! No paint damage, no painting, or any of that stuff. Just an amazing team who works their magic at removing dents!Thank YOU Mauro!! I had some small dents in the hood of my Tacoma from an encounter between a Boy Scout and a football on a campout :-). I took it in and they got it done within a day and the results were amazing. Just got my brand new ‘22 lexus not even 2 months ago & got a small ding. I wasn’t gonna just take it anywhere to fix it either. Incredibly thankful I came across Start to Finish during my on line search for hail damage repair. This is my first experience and I did not know where to begin. I called to ask a few questions and Mauro was INCREDIBLY patient and thorough when answering them over the phone. When I took my car in for the estimate I was even more impressed with how much detailed information Mauro and Mark provided when showing me the damage I was not able to see in regular lighting, costs, repair, understanding how filing a claim works, etc... I was unable to get the dent repaired on the same day I got the estimate but he was able to schedule me in a couple days later. The appointments only took a few hours and they did an excellent job. The dent seemed like it was in a tricky place to get fixed but it looks like it never even happened! Very reasonably priced and professional service. Arrived this morning with my 1978 Porsche, asking for a dent to be fixed in the rear fender area. It had been there maybe 20 years and was quite deep. The steel on these old 928s is quite thick but Mauro took care of the damage using skills he's acquired from decades of experience. Now this area of my car is looking great again. Wish I'd taken care of this years ago. Smiles all-round!

I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the fast and friendly service.I showed up for an estimate and within minutes was quoted a great price and he was able to start right then and there. He did mention it was a hard hit in two places right next to each other and would take about an hour to do. Not a problem because the waiting room was comfortable and he completed the job in less than an hour. The work is flawless and what was once a big hit is now not even noticeable. I took my car in for hail damage and Mauro and Ryan were great! Once everything was set with my insurance company, they literally had my car finished the next day!! I was a little anxious because I didn’t have car rental with my insurance company so I wasn’t too sure how long it would take to repair but I was shocked when I got a call the next day saying it was finished and I could come pick it up. My car looked so good afterwards and Mauro and Ryan were both so professional and explained everything very well. I have never had that experience, especially being a woman it’s hard to trust some car shops but these guys were completely honest and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. I had a single dent in a challenging area of the rear quarter panel, and I was already told by another shop that they could not repair it due to the area on the quarter panel, as well as the depth and severity of the dent.I worked with Mauro , who also explained that it would be a tough dent to fully repair, but he was willing to give it a try.A few hours later, the dent was repaired. I must say that , first of all the vehicle is Black, which causes any imperfection to stand out. Second, I am very particular about my vehicle, so anything less than perfect would have been a let down. I have to say, I was completely blow away by the results, the result far surpassed my expectations.Great job Mauro......score of 10 for your efforts.

Had a sharp dent on the body line of my Dodge Challenger in the worst possible spot that was not accessible. The only option was to drill a small hole in the rear door panel in order to be able to access and maneuver the dent. Mauro and his team were able to remove the dent, looking fantastic!! The hole was patch up and covered with a black cap. I can hardly notice it at all. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism at Start to Finish. 10/10 recommend!

With the recent hail storm in San Antonio I was the unlucky recipient of three cars with severe damage. Mauro was up front about expectations and very helpful in the decision making process. All three vehicles were repaired to my expectations (my Denali being the most important!) No paint dent repair was a far superior fix than filler and paint. The owners are very personable and make sure to give great service. The only thing my wife and I wish is that we had received more communication during the repair of our vehicle. We weren’t given a solid estimate except that an estimate from another company was similar to the price that we would be paying. We also were given an estimated date of completion, but after that we received no updates on when our car would actually be finished.

I discovered Mauro, the owner of Start to Finish, from a referral/recommendation of a coworker. I had a very deep, vertical, concave dent on the fender of my Camaro. It was bad enough to make a grown man cry. I took my car in for an evaluation. Mauro, and his chief technician took one look and stated, "We've got this-no problem." Their estimate was half the cost of all other estimates. Two days after I dropped off my Camaro at Start To Finish, I was called and told my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I was very hesitant to take my car to any shop since it has ceramic coating on the paint. After reading the reviews in google, I went to Start to Finish Paintless Dent Removal in order to get an estimate on the repair of two dents that my 2018 530i black BMW had. The dents were located at the driver side passenger door (difficult spot) which was hit by a grocery shopping cart. I met Ryan who greeted me promptly after I entered the shop and evaluated the damage right away. He told me that it can be repaired without damaging the ceramic coating nor drilling through the door in order to reach the dents. He provided me with an estimate which was very reasonable and offer to repair the next day. I brought my car and waited in the shop for the repair to be done. Ryan exceeded my expectations. He was able to get rid of the dents in less than one hour and the door looks like never had any damage done to it. I could not believe the outstanding work done by Ryan. In addition, he did not altered the ceramic coating on the door. He not only fixed the two dents that I showed him but he also repaired a third one that I did not see at no extra charge. Ryan has a magic touch that made my car look brand new again. I have to say that this shop provides truly remarkable service, has friendly and professional staff, first class quality work, and excellent and unbeatable price. Unfortunately I had a very difficult dent about 3 inches in diameter at the top of the drivers door. I was concerned that it might not even be fixable other than through a body shop. My 17 year old daughter hit a buzzard at 70 mph in my 2 month old Volvo. The bird strike left a buzzard sized crater in my new hood. I took it to 3 different places before Start to Finish. They all told me that paintless dent repair was not possible and that I would need the whole hood replaced and repainted, which I did NOT want for my new car. After reading Google reviews, I decided to get another opinion from Mauro. He is a meticulous expert and told me the job would be tricky, but they could do it. Ryan did the work on my car and it is fantastic! The dents are completely gone and my car is restored! Ryan's craftsmanship is excellent. Highly recommend.

I am a four-time customer of Mauro's. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work, it is outstanding. He has handled three door ding repairs on two of our vehicles that involved restoring upper and lower door contours. Our most recent visit was to repair the effects of a brush-off from another vehicle on the freeway that created a ripple in an upper door area, caused multiple creases on the contours of two doors, and left multiple paint rubs from the other vehicle. He is a true craftsman and charges a fair price for high quality work. Make sure you have Mauro look at your vehicle before you take it to a traditional body shop.

I have a 2014 Ram which was caught in a hail storm a couple of weeks ago in Kerrville. Mauro and his team are amazing! I chose this place because they were open on a Saturday, which is huge for someone like me that works M-F. I dropped my car off around 11am on a Saturday and it was done by 1:30pm. I worked with Ryan and he did a tremendous job. I had a very unorthodox dent on my front fender and he made it perfect again. He also got a few smaller dings out of my driver side doors. You literally can’t even tell there was any dents to begin with. I now don’t have to look at the eye sores that were my dents. Pricing was fair, more than I thought but well worth it for the quality of the work that was completed.I’d highly recommend this shop — 10/10 experience and I will go back again if any dings happen.People, be careful around other people’s cars. Running your carts, hitting your doors or whatever you do is not okay to someone else’s car! Be respectful!

Any time I have had a body ding or damage to a vehicle no matter what the case I stop in to speak with Mauro. I always receive undivided feedback and the main thing I believe is comforting is receiving honesty. I never have to question if I am being taken advantage of and or if there is a better option. This was my second visit to Start to Finish Dent Removal in less than a week. On my first visit, Mauro repaired a dent in my Porsche Macan passenger door...left with it looking like new & at a very reasonable price. Buffed it, carefully removed the dent & inspected the rest of the car. On my second visit, I brought in a SUV that had a dent in the aluminum part around the spare tire cover. It was very noticeable & my only other option was to buy a new cover. Mauro worked on it very meticulously & got several other dings out too. Overall, looked 99% better & probably would have been 100% if I had let him continue. I highly recommend this business for the quality of the work, their honesty and professionalism!

I purchased a new car in December of 2017 after years of driving a beat up (now 13 year old) vehicle. This is my first real "new " car, so I take extra care to keep it nice. I was devastated when my doors had been dented by someone who parked way too close to me. I went to Start to Finish based on their online reviews. Ryan was fantastic. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and got the car in three days later for repair. Their work is exceptional and even though the dent was harder to remove than he had anticipated, he still only charged me the original quote price!! This is the second vehicle that I have brought to this company. The first vehicle I brought to them had extensive dents on it and by the time they fixed it so I could not even tell there was anything ever wrong with it. Yes, it looked like a car coming off the showroom floor. On both occasions they exceeded my expectations and was completed ahead of the time I had been told. If you have a dent that just stares you in the face and you fixate on that dent day in and day out, go see Mauro and he will remove your dent and your worries. I highly recommend this company.So now I take two more cars to Mauro. My Infiniti M56 and my newest, a Tesla P85D. They each had a single door ding in them. This place is great. I went for my first time and they exceeded my expectations. Mauro and Ryan are very friendly, professional and most importantly honest. They looked at my car immediately, gave me an estimate within a few minutes and then fixed the issues quickly, all at a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Start To Finish Paintless Dent Repair – San Antonio – Locally owned – Great service, professional, honest approach to repair dents without painting Date of work:-------------------------------Friday, July 6, 2018Summary:-----------------------------------------Locally owned, great place to get a quick estimate on whether a dent (whose paint may not have been chipped off) can get repaired for a fraction of the cost a body shop would charge. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to have them perform the work. This started by someone rudely opened their car/truck door on my vehicle causing a severe dent on the drivers’ rear fender. No, they didn’t let a note or apology or advising their contact information. This would have been too considerate. This is one of those inconsiderate dents deep enough just above the fender wheel well right as the fender changes direction. This was on the fender crease/fold and was about 1-to-2 inches long, and deep. I did not get an estimate, but generally speaking most paint shops would charge anywhere from $750-$1200 to repair, and paint the hind quarter panel of a vehicle. I read some reviews, called, arranged a time for me to bring my car buy, and met the owner of Start To Finish Paintless Dent Repair. He was very professional; customer service oriented, explained what he would need to do to fix the dent, and provided a verbal estimate. He came across as genuine, competent, capable, and very experienced. We agreed when I would drop off the car, and when it would be ready. He met both time frames, and when I picked up my car, I was not disappointed. I met the co-owner, his wife, and together they make great team. I would definitely recommend this place for service if your vehicle can be repaired by the paintless dent techniques used today. Give them a try and you’ll be glad you did!!!

Ryan is the man! He fixed the dents on the right fender on my black mint condition 2003 Cobra. He did one exceptional job, it looks perfect, like new!. And not only that, I called on a Saturday and with zero notice he said bring it in which I did that same morning at which point he was done by 3 PM. I was able to make the car show in Boerne too!. Thank you Ryan your workmanship and customer service is OUTSTANDING! Give him a pay raise dear owners if you are reading!

You can definitely trust the reviews and quality of the work completed by Mauro and this locally owned company. I had 7 door dings and small dents, one with some paint transfer from the other vehicle on a recently purchased pre-owned vehicle. The dealership had agreed to fix them at their cost. I had been referred to another dent removal shop, but decided to read the reviews of many companies in the SATX area. I was very impressed by the customer reviews for Start to Finish, and it was the only one with a consistent 5 stars over a large amount of customers. I called Mauro, the owner, who was professional and respectful, and told me to come in for an estimate whenever it was convenient and he would review my vehicle. I was impressed at his attention to detail and quality care as he looked over my vehicle with a professional eye. I am also a single female who entered with my daughter and Mauro was welcoming, had a very clean front store and waiting area, and treated us kindly and as fairly as any other customer. I would recommend any female that needed work done to feel comfortable that they would being treated fairly and respectful by Mauro, when I know it can be stressful as a woman to handle automobile issues alone in an auto shop. I had been prepared to point out the dings/dents I was aware of on the vehicle, thinking it was my responsibility to identify them and that only the ones I could identify would be fixed. However, Mauro approached my vehicle needs completely differently. He took the time with his professional skills and talented eye and reviewed my vehicle locating another small ding. He was quick and efficient, and gave me an incredibly low cost quote compared to other companies (his quote was the best price in town), even my auto dealership was impressed with the quality and cost. Mauro offered to fix my vehicle the very next day, and it was easy to make arrangements with him. When I picked up my vehicle it was done to perfection; and I am a person with attention to detail. Did a beautiful job on a huge dent. Someone backed into the vehicle while parked and left a long dent with crease. Nobody else was even willing to try and get it out. Found this place and met up with Mauro, he was very honest on the difficulty of the dent, the vehicle looks amazing!!!! Very affordable, honest, and trustworthy!

I stopped in today, to get a small dent removed from the hood of my car. Mauro, the owner, took his time and did a great job removing the dent, as well as another one I hadn’t noticed until we he pointed it out during our initial consultation. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had a couple of visible dents that I wanted repaired. The owner Mauro DeLuna, not only quoted me a reasonable price but also pointed out other dents that he said he would take care of while he had my car in his care. I left my car at his shop since I had to leave town. For a few days, when I returned, not only had they fixed the dents I wanted fixed they also fixed several others at no additional cost! They even adjusted my hood that was not sitting properly and I had just assumed I would have to deal with at some auto repair shop. Althoug I left his shop extremely satisfied with the outstanding work and customer service, now that I have just finished detailing my car, I'm even more impressed with the work they performed. I can't even tell where the dents used to be. The car looks like it just left the dealership show room. I live in Austin and will make the drive to San Antonio for any and all future repairs. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to give Mauro and the rest of the Start to Finish crew kudos for their amazing diligence!!! Do not hesitate to use Start to Finish, I assure you, you will be writing a glowing review after you see the results.

I brought in my 2015 Sienna XLE with multiple dings and a four inch crease with scrapes in the left rear fender. I also had a bent section of my door edge that was dented when it met a pipe shaped barrier. I provided touch-up paint that they mixed with clear coat. Three hours later, you would never have known that I had any dings and dents. If I get into an accident or other mishap, I just have to remember to bring my car into this shop no matter what the damage might be. The default choice should be to bring the car in and see what Mauro and his team cannot fix. Chances are they can do it all...they'll tell you if they cant fix something. It really saved a lot of money having my car repaired here.

Went to "Start to Finish Dent Repair", I was not only impressed by the dent repaired on my red Ford Raptor (Looked like there was never a dent there) but it was done in less than half an hour. Great job, done fast, and I paid $85 less than the other outfit that had quoted me a price after texting pics of my dent. I will recommend them to all my friends!!!????????

I give Mauro 5 stars for the effort to get my dent repair at the closing time. Additionally he gave me reasonable price for the repair and the time it took to get it done was quick. He even show me how it was done while I waited at the shop. I was able to watch him doing the repair on my door. Thank you Mauro!

I don't usually like to write reviews on auto shops. But the owner Mauro encourages me to give a positive review on his site. So here I am and I want to be honest tho, I gave 4 stars because of the job was done right and efficiently on my Maserati. There was a 2.5-3.0 inches long dent on my trunk, but the width was less than 5mm. So he was saying his tech need to take off the trunk liner and pry open few clips to disassemble the trunk, so his tech can fix the dent from inside body panel, sounds like a bit of work right? OK I wasn't feel like negotiating, so I agreed with what he has quoted me $195. If the job do cost that much to work on, I wouldn't mind paying it. Also I do know someone get his car dent repaired at this shop, his dent was like a huge basketball size. But He was being charged less than $200. Finally, with $195 on my dent repair, it does not make me wanna go back again when I have future dent repair work. To be very clear, I was not saying I was being ripped off by the shop. Overall the trip was satisfied!

Don’t go anywhere else. I had a nice crease on my 2 week old dually fender, and that fender is thin and flimsy hanging out there with no support and nothing to work against. The repair is absolutely perfect. And the repair bill made me feel like I cheated someone. Thanks!!!!

I'm glad I came here first. Had my new 17 Denali for a few months and someone made a dinger on the passenger side door. Mauro was a professional to handle it and the car looks like nothing happened. I have to say, first and foremost, this place saved me so much trouble and money in the long run. Ryan did an amazing job removing 3 small annoying dents in the most awkward of places on top of my truck that were located next to the 3rd brake light. He assured me he would try to at least make them less noticeable after the repair since they were so hard to reach. He did more than that, he completely removed them! Seriously looks like brand new once again! Only took 3 hours too. I am beyond pleased and thankful. I totally recommend this shop and have Ryan help you out. You won't be disappointed.

Third time here and just like always the job they did was impeccable. The body shop quoted me $1100, and my car looks brand new for $350 here. Ryan did a great job and even removed some small dents in the area for a bonus. Very happy with Start to Finish every time!

Nice old BMW E30 convertible had an ugly hood dent, and was thinking the worst case - a new hood and paint job. I found Start To Finish and now it looks like I have a new hood! Really great, quality work and customer service, and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Let me save you time in going anywhere else then, START TO FINISH, Their customer service is a 10, their work r is a 10, and their prices are very good. I have been telling all my family and friends, this is the only place to go if you have dents in your car or truck. They just did my wife's car and when I brought it home, she was so excited she gave me a big hug and cooked me a great dinner. I had three dents removed at "Start to Finish." The owner, Mauro DeLuna, worked me into his schedule. My wait time was less than 20 minutes and the results were fantastic. You can't even tell there were ever dents there. I had those three dents removed for what it cost me to have one removed in El Paso. If you have a ding in your car and it drives you nuts like it does me, don't wait another day, go to the professionals at "Start to Finish."

Start To Finish was recommended to me a week ago by my uncle, to take care of a deep dent and accompanying red paint mark in my yellow 2016 RAM 1500, caused by a careless shopper with a flatbed at Floor and Decor. Today, I took my truck in for an estimate, and Mauro gave me a quote and began repairing. When he was done, he got me from the waiting room to show me the truck, and I literally could not to tell where the dent and paint mark had been. It was like it have never happened. On my way home, I told my uncle what a great experience I had and sure enough, his wife was going to go back to Start to Finish for repairs that she received last night! Would 100% recommend, and will be going back for any future damage to my truck. Also, Cabo, the dog, is awesome.

Wow, it is unbelievable the things these guys can do! I had a major dent removed from my hood, but you have to check them out they do so much more than remove dents. By the way, they did an outstanding job on the dent removal as well, while I waited! I will make sure to take all my cars from Start to Finish from now on.

I have used Start to Finish multiple times for both removal of dents and windshield chip repairs. They do outstanding work. The guys that work there look like they really enjoy what they are doing. I highly recommend if you want professionals to care for your vehicle. They are well worth the wait if other cars are booked ahead of yours.

Having backed into a tree three weeks after we got a new car, I was quite sad. We found Start to Finish online and, after talking to the owner, were immediately at ease. The customer service was excellent, the work was fast and professional, and the car looks great. I hope we don't need PDR again anytime soon, but there's no question about whether we would return here if we do. Absolutely.

I had the best experience using Start to Finish Paintless Dent Repair today. I stopped in, received a quote for a fair price and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I believe they were faster than that. Had a comfortable waiting room and an adorable mascot dog, Cabo! They did a fantastic job on my 2017 Audi. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
